Our projects offer support for perpetrators, victims of violence and abuse and young people affected by domestic abuse, educational and social exclusion. We also support older people in their future plans. Our programmes are preventative, educational and therapeutic.

CARA offers nominated individuals the opportunity to have an insight into the impact of domestic abuse and to identify their own needs for the future.

This Silverdreams funded Planning for the Future project is designed to help over 50's plan for their future.
For example for people who may have had a life changing event (i.e an illness, dementia or bereavement)
We can offer a range of accredited parenting programmes, including parenting work for perpetrators and victims of domestic abuse.
We can provide a supportive environment for young people who have been affected by domestic violence to make plans to keep themselves safe.
We can offer a range of mentoring programmes for both vulnerable children and adults.
