The Hampton Trust was formed as a charity in 1996 and works to break the cycles of violence, conflict, abuse and social isolation. Our work is undertaken by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

We mainly work across the County of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight however have recently been awarded Big Lottery money to roll out our LINX programme in Gloucestershire and Devon. Our head office is located at Fairways House, Northam, Southampton, we also have a small office base in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Our office comes with car parking on a first come, first served basis.

We offer a range of staff benefits including the opportunity to join one of two contributionary pension schemes, one being Hampshire County Council's Local Government Pension the other a stakeholder scheme with Friends Provident. We also offer continuous staff development and training opportunities. All staff are supported by individual and group supervision.

The Trust is always looking for volunteers to assist and enhance the work of our permanent members of staff in areas ranging from mentoring young people, administration support or helping to organise and run our fundraising activities. To find out more, please visit our volunteer section.
