The Hampton Trust currently runs Incredible Years Programmes and SPOT (Supporting Parents of Teenagers)
Incredible Years (Webster Stratton model)
Incredible Years gives parents of 2 - 12 year olds the opportunity to:
- Obtain the skills to deal with difficult behaviour using positive discipline
- Increase their confidence as a parent
- Learn to play and praise the child to boost his or her self confidence
- Build their confidence and reduce family stress
- Help children to succeed at home, at school and with friends
SPOT (Supporting Parents of Teenagers) 
SPOT gives parents of teenagers the opportunity to:
- Take time out to think about being a parent
- Increase their confidence as a parent
- Develop their skills and strategies in parenting teenagers
- Improve parents’ understanding of relationships with their teenager(s)
- Increase parents’ understanding of adolescent development and behaviour
- Explore practical ideas on managing teenage behaviour
- Develop parenting skills in managing change

In 2008 an Independant Evaluation was undertaken by Professor Colette Mculey and Teresa Davis, Head of Research and Director of Child Well Being at the School of Social Sciences, Southampton University of the impact of the Webster-Stratton Incredible Years Parenting Programme that the Trust delivers.
