The Hampton Trust run a number of programmes offering support to young people across a wide range of issues

If you are a young person between 12-19 who is feeling volunerable, are violent towards others, have been excluded from school, or been a victim of domestic abuse then we can help you.

Through programs and activities designed around you, we are giving you a chance to get help and support.   We offer a safe and secure environment for you to come and share your experiences,  learn how to change for the better as well as showing you how your experiences change your behaviour and how it affects others. 

You are not alone in how you are feeling and if you are struggling or feel down, then please get in contact and make a change today.


Active programmes for young people

The ECO Project

Our ECO Therapy Centre will teach you what natural resources are available on the island and get you involved with eco workshops and activities such as pond clearance, bee keeping, building a hedgehog house from willow, and helping survey the island population of red squirrels.

Want to develop your skills in socializing, health and fitness, environmental awareness? Our mentoring and befriending programme will help you develop these skills set as well as offering you one to one mentoring and offer training programmes such as anger management.
